School Dinners

School meals

**UPDATE 25/10/2019**

Thank you to the parents who took the time to complete our recent School Dinner Questionnaire. Rachel the school cook has also arranged time to visit each class to talk to the children as well.
Following the feedback from the parents and in order for us to reach a balance of options available versus the cost of a school meal and the desire for school to provide hot meals, we will be reducing our menu after half term. Everyday there will be the option of a Hot Main Meal or a Jacket Potato, still with the choice of three toppings. The menu on the school website has been updated to reflect this and if you would like to update your child’s pre orders please let the office know.

We have also looked at the suggestions for Fish Friday and will now be offering Fish Fingers every Friday. Salmon Nibbles will also be available at the serving hatch for children who would like these.

This is an interim measure while we prepare the Spring Menu which will start in January. This menu will offer two hot options a day which will include both the meals parents have requested to see as well as those that the children have asked for.
